Our remarkably sheer thigh highs offer the best of both worlds. Sheer leg with pretty lace trim. A soft, stretch silicone band keeps them comfortably in place. 18/21 mmHg graduated compression intended for medical purposes other than the prevention of pooling of blood in the legs. Anti-stress sole keeps feet feeling great, too. Great for any occasion.

N.B. We recommend you wash the silicone band every time you put the stockings on. This removes the film that physiological perspiration forms on the silicone which reduces adherence to the skin. Doing so will ensure perfect support for your stockings.
